I was really impressed with the value for money; the room was super clean and modern, perfect for our two-night stay. The location was fantastic with a good mix of restaurants nearby, and the staff, while they could improve in friendliness, were efficient in handling our luggage.

Breakfast selection could be a bit more varied to enhance the experience.

its location was great, close to the metro. the breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon for everyone. the staff were very polite and welcoming yet not intrusive.

I loved the modern kitchenette in my room, which provided really good flexibility for meals. The well-organized database made it easy to access all necessary information, ensuring a hassle-free stay. This feature enhanced my experience, allowing me to prepare meals at my convenience.

I did notice a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection being slightly intermittent.

Functional and excellent hotel in a good area near to Rijksmuseum, canal tours, 9 Streets, Rembrant square, Albert Cuypmarket and more and metro/tram. Fashionable and brand-new room, with a seating area, an ironing set, and a work desk. Plenty of options for breakfast including bacon and scrambled eggs. A private safe, central heating, and an iron - basic facilities we needed in a beautifully maintained room. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was comfortable. The location was magnificent, close to the Metro and overlooking city.

We had an amazing week at citadines. the location was central yet surprisingly quiet, making it easy for us to get around. our room was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, plus a handy kitchen. we loved spending time in the cozy common living room, especially enjoying the complimentary coffee and tea. the staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist.

During my week-long stay at this lovely hotel, I found it to be the perfect blend of comfort and modern convenience. The room was both spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a good kitchenette that made my stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was well-organized and very functional, while the friendly staff, especially Saeed and Cynthia, enhanced my experience with their warmth and problem-solving skills.

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room and loved the well-designed kitchen. It's in a great area-just a short walk to the Rijksmuseum and Heineken Experience. The staff were super friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about helping. The decor is really excellent, too 🌟

My experience was marred by inconsistent housekeeping services that were a persistent problem for the duration of my stay. I encountered a frustratingly cramped bathroom that felt poorly designed for comfort. The communal areas, while pleasant, did get crowded during peak hours was great.

The breakfast offered had some decent options, and the communal areas provided a comfortable atmosphere to unwind after a busy day exploring. I enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen facilities in the room.

Despite the hotel's appeal, I found the room size a bit cramped, especially given the premium rates. There were no cleaning services during my two-night stay. I expect more for the cost. Plus, the lack of variety in toiletries was noticeable and could use improvement. The TV setup was frustrating, as it wasn't user-friendly when trying to connect devices. The overall pricing, especially for bike rentals, felt a bit over the top. While the stay was enjoyable, these quirks hindered it from being really good.
